Independence - Developers must be able to work independently and make decisions. They should trust their judgment and have worked ethic strong enough to push them through.
Communication - As a developer, you will need to communicate with people in various fields. Your communication skills must be excellent. You will need to negotiate with lawyers, contractors, realtors, designers, engineers and other related professionals.
Trustworthiness - You will be handling important matters and clients need to feel comfortable placing their trust in you.
There are some educational programs in which you can enroll to learn the necessary educational material. The information required to become a real estate developer can be learned. However, these skills must be developed.
